6 ounces Pasturized Egg Product

3 each lemons

6 each anchovies

2 teaspoons black pepper

3 cloves garlic

4 ounces grated Parmesan cheese

4 cups salad oil

 

-Place egg, lemon juice, anchovies, pepper and garlic in a food processor.

Process for 30 seconds.

-With the machine running, SLOWLY add the oil.

-Add the cheese.

-Refrigerate.
